BARE INTERNATIONAL HONORED AS ELITE EXPERIENCE RESEARCH COMPANY FOR SEVENTH CONSECUTIVE YEAR
Congratulations to BARE International for earning Elite Company status from Mystery Shopping Professionals Association Americas. This will be the record seventh consecutive year BARE has earned this prestigious title.
FAIRFAX, VA. (PRWEB) JANUARY 08, 2021
For a record seventh year in a row, BARE International is honored to be a recipient of Elite company status, as designated by MSPA Americas.
MSPA Americas (MSPA) is the trade association representing the customer experience industry, established to provide timely, actionable and impactful resources for shaping the future of business communities. The MSPA Elite program is an awards program designed to recognize the leading companies who are shouldering the advancement of the customer experience industry.
“2020 was challenging for everyone. Respecting people on both sides of the consumer equation was key for our clients,” says Mike Bare, President and Co-Founder. “In 2021, empathy, flexibility, and focus are paramount.”
Digital adoption allowed BARE to provide insights for companies that reflected the new off-site consumer behaviors where online shopping increased by over 500%, according to e-commerce platform provider Kibo Commerce. Businesses could still capture their guest perspective, even as customers stopped coming on-site during lockdown periods.
“We saw an increase in customer insights from off-site programs such as app-based purchases, Buy Online Pick-up In-Store (BOPIS) and curb-side pick-up, and online reputation management,” says Senior Vice-President Guy Caron.
In June, BARE International introduced the BARE Health+ Suite, a multi-tier program designed to provide client partners with a way to ensure their locations were following through with the latest health mandates, in addition to providing great experiences to their customers and guests.
“Our business continuously evolves. Our major focus will always be CX and helping client partners provide that exceptional experience across all channels,” adds Guy. “People of course want and should expect superior service; but they should also feel safe, too.”
Virtual events were key in maintaining and growing the BARE community.
Jason Bare, Global Vice-President, lead several online roundtables for independent contractors, also known as evaluators or mystery shoppers, in an effort to remain connected.
“Evaluators are the lifeforce of our business,” he says. “They provide the actionable feedback our clients use to make important business decisions.”
BARE International also hosted a webinar series, highlighting several key partners and thought leaders in the Experience Research Industry and launched ‘EXPERIENCE’ the podcast in November.
“This recognition as an Elite CX Company is shared across the entire BARE International team,” says Dale Bare, CEO and Co-Founder. “We are fortunate to have dedicated and passionate people behind the scenes, who pivoted several times through the course of the year, working with both our client partners and evaluator field force to keep the programs running seamlessly and our deliverables at the highest quality.”
“For 34 years, we’ve dedicated our business to providing the best insights to our client partners in whatever climate we’re facing,” states Jason.
“Through our pillars of ‘Innovation, Passion, and Excellence’, we continue leading the evolution of the Experience Research Industry, and we’re honored and able to do so as an active member of the MSPA.”
